Vaiśampāyana uvāca: tataḥ keśān samutkṣipya vellitāgrān aninditān kṛṣṇān sūkṣmān mṛdūn dīrghān samudgrathya śucismitā.
Vaiśampāyana sprach: Dann hob sie ihr Haar empor — dunkel, fein, weich, lang, mit schön gelockten Spitzen, ohne Makel —, sammelte es und band es zusammen, mit einem Lächeln stiller Reinheit.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
