कालविभाग-निरूपणं तथा युद्धव्यवस्था
Time-Reckoning and Mobilization Counsel
तथा हि दृष्टवा बीभत्सुमुपायान्तं प्रशंसति । यथा सेना न भज्येत तथा नीतिर्विधीयताम्,“तभी तो अर्जुनको आते देख ये उसकी प्रशंसा कर रहे हैं। (इनकी बातोंसे हतोत्साह होकर) सेनामें भगदड़ न मच जाय, इसका खयाल रखते हुए तदनुकूल नीति निर्धारित कीजिये
tathā hi dṛṣṭvā bībhatsum upāyāntaṁ praśaṁsati | yathā senā na bhajyeta tathā nītir vidhīyatām ||
Vaiśampāyana sprach: „Als sie Bībhatsu (Arjuna) herankommen sehen, beginnen sie, ihn zu preisen. Doch in der Sorge, das Heer möge nicht auseinanderbrechen oder in Panik geraten, drängen sie darauf, Befehl und Vorgehen so zu ordnen, dass die Truppen standhaft und unerschüttert bleiben.“
