Virāṭa-parva Adhyāya 22 — Draupadī’s Abduction Attempt and Bhīma’s Suppression of the Kīcakas
भीमसेन बोले--सौभाग्यकी बात है कि तुम ऐसे दर्शनीय हो और यह भी भाग्यकी ही बात है कि तुम स्वयं ही अपनी प्रशंसा कर रहे हो। परंतु ऐसा कोमल स्पर्श भी तुम्हें पहले कभी नहीं प्राप्त हुआ होगा ।। स्पर्श वेत्सि विदग्धस्त्वं कामधर्मविचक्षण: । सत्रीणां प्रीतिकरो नान्यस्त्वत्सम: पुरुषस्त्विह,स्पर्शको तो तुम खूब पहचानते हो। इस कलामें बड़े चतुर हो। कामधर्मके विलक्षण ज्ञाता जान पड़ते हो। इस संसारमें स्त्रियोंको प्रसन्न करनेवाला तुम्हारे सिवा दूसरा कोई पुरुष नहीं है
bhīmasena uvāca—sparśaṁ vetsi vidagdhas tvaṁ kāma-dharma-vicakṣaṇaḥ | strīṇāṁ prīti-karo nānyas tvat-samaḥ puruṣas tv iha ||
Bhīmasena sagte: „Du scheinst in der Kunst der Berührung vollkommen bewandert—geschickt und urteilsstark, als verstündest du die Wege der Liebe und ihre Regeln. In dieser Welt gibt es keinen Mann, der dir im Gefallen der Frauen gleichkäme. Und doch hast du eine so sanfte Berührung wie diese wohl noch nie zuvor empfangen.“
