तथा तवाड्के ललितं शैलराज मया प्रभो । 'प्रभो नगराज! जैसे शिशु अपने पिताके अंकमें बड़े सुखसे रहता है, उसी प्रकार मैंने भी तुम्हारी गोदमें आमोदपूर्वक क्रीड़ाएँ की हैं
tathā tavāṅke lalitaṃ śailarāja mayā prabho |
Vaiśampāyana sprach: „O Herr, König der Berge! Auch ich wurde zärtlich in deinem Schoß geborgen. Wie ein Kind in großer Behaglichkeit in der Umarmung seines Vaters weilt, so frohlockte und spielte ich in deinem schützenden Busen.“
