सूतस्त्वधिरथ: पुत्र विवृद्धं समयेन तम् । दृष्टवा प्रस्थापयामास पुरं वारणसाह्दयम्,अधिरथ सूतने अपने पुत्रको बड़ा हुआ देख उसे यथासमय हस्तिनापुर भेज दिया
sūtastv adhirathaḥ putra vivṛddhaṃ samayena tam | dṛṣṭvā prasthāpayāmāsa puraṃ vāraṇasāhdayam ||
Vaiśampāyana sprach: Adhiratha, der Wagenlenker, sah, dass der Knabe zur rechten Zeit herangewachsen war, und sandte ihn dann zur passenden Stunde in die Stadt Hastināpura.
