Draupadī’s Identification of the Pāṇḍavas and the Onset of the Chariot Engagement (द्रौपदी-पाण्डव-परिचयः)

मोक्षितश्चासि धर्मज्जै: पाण्डवैर्न च लज्जसे । “वीर! शत्रुओंने तुम्हें वहाँ बलपूर्वक बंदी बना लिया और धर्मज्ञ पाण्डवोंने तुम्हें उस संकटसे छुड़ाया है। क्या अब भी तुम्हें लज्जा नहीं आती?

mokṣitaścāsi dharmajñaiḥ pāṇḍavair na ca lajjase |

Vaiśaṃpāyana sprach: „Du bist von den dharmakundigen Pāṇḍavas gerettet worden, und doch empfindest du keine Scham. Feinde haben dich mit Gewalt ergriffen und gefangen gehalten; die Pāṇḍavas haben dich aus jener Gefahr befreit — regt sich selbst jetzt kein sittliches Erröten in dir?“
