Arjuna’s Arrival and Reunion on the Sacred Mountain
भुज्जाना मुनिभोज्यानि रसवन्ति फलानि च,वे हिमालयके शिखरपर निवास करते हुए मुनियोंके खानेयोग्य सरस फलोंका और नाना प्रकारके पवित्र (बिना हिंसाके प्राप्त) मधुका भी भोजन करते थे। इस प्रकार भरतश्रेष्ठ पाण्डव वहाँ निवास करते थे
bhujjānā munibhojyāni rasavanti phalāni ca | himālayake śikharopari nivasantaḥ munīnām bhojanīyāni sarasāni phalāni nānāvidhaṃ ca pavitraṃ (ahiṃsāprāptaṃ) madhukaṃ bhojayantaḥ | evaṃ bharataśreṣṭha pāṇḍavāḥ tatra nyavasan ||
Vaiśampāyana sprach: Auf den Gipfeln des Himalaya wohnend, nährten sie sich von saftigen Früchten, wie sie den Weisen ziemen, und von mancherlei reinem Honig, der ohne Gewalt erlangt war. So lebten dort die Pāṇḍavas, die Vorzüglichsten unter den Bhāratas, und bewahrten selbst im Exil eine strenge, nicht verletzende Lebensweise.
