Transliteration

bhaḍaktvā śūlaṃ gadāgreṇa gadāyuddhaviśāradaḥ

Translation

Vaiśampāyana sprach: Im Kampf mit der Keule bewandert, schlug er den Speer mit der Spitze seiner Keule und zerschmetterte ihn—ein Beweis, dass diszipliniertes Training und Geistesgegenwart selbst eine tödliche Waffe im Getümmel der Schlacht überwinden können.
