Educational Q&A

The verse highlights how uncontrolled anger (krodha) can eclipse discernment and dharma: even exceptional strength, when driven by rage, becomes an instrument of mutual harm rather than protection or righteous purpose.

Two powerful warriors are locked in a furious confrontation. Their physical might is so great that they break large trees with the force of their thighs, and in their mutual rage each is intent on killing the other.
