The Birth and Career Account of Māndhātṛ
तस्याप्रतिहतं चक्र प्रावर्तत महात्मन: । रत्नानि चैव राजर्षि स्वयमेवोपतस्थिरे,उन महात्मा नरेशका शासनचक्र सर्वत्र बेरोक-टोक चलने लगा। सारे रत्न राजर्षि मान्धाताके यहाँ स्वयं उपस्थित हो जाते थे
tasyāpratihataṃ cakraṃ prāvartata mahātmanaḥ | ratnāni caiva rājarṣi svayamevopatasthire ||
Lomaśa sprach: „Für jenen großgesinnten König setzte sich das Rad der Herrschaft überall ungehindert in Bewegung; und die königlichen Schätze traten von selbst herzu und erschienen vor dem königlichen Weisen.“
लोमश उवाच
When a ruler is truly dhārmic and great-souled, his authority becomes ‘unobstructed’—order and prosperity arise naturally, as if the world and its resources align themselves with righteous governance.
Lomaśa describes the extraordinary sovereignty of the king (rājarṣi): his ‘wheel’ of rule moves everywhere without resistance, and treasures/jewels come to him on their own, indicating universal acceptance and abundance.
