मैत्रेयागमनम् — The Arrival of Maitreya and the Admonition to Duryodhana
युधिछिर उवाच पाण्डवो धर्मराजो<हं यदि ते श्रोत्रमागत: । सहितो भ्रातृभि: सर्वैर्भीमसेनार्जुनादिभि:,युधिष्ठिर बोले--मैं पाण्डुपुत्र युधिष्ठिर हूँ। सम्भव है, मेरा नाम तुम्हारे कानोंमें भी पड़ा हो। इस समय मेरा राज्य शत्रुओंने जूएमें हरण कर लिया है। अतः मैं भीमसेन, अर्जुन आदि सब भाइयोंके साथ वनमें रहनेका निश्चय करके तुम्हारे निवासस्थान इस घोर काम्यकवनमें आया हूँ
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | pāṇḍavo dharmarājo 'haṃ yadi te śrotram āgataḥ | sahito bhrātṛbhiḥ sarvair bhīmasenārjunādibhiḥ |
Yudhiṣṭhira sprach: „Ich bin Yudhiṣṭhira, der Pāṇḍava, den man Dharmarāja nennt—vielleicht ist mein Name auch an dein Ohr gedrungen. Ich bin hierher gekommen, begleitet von all meinen Brüdern, allen voran Bhīmasena und Arjuna.“
