Educational Q&A

The verse highlights steadfast effort in the service of a larger purpose: one who is committed to a duty or mission continues through vast distances and obstacles, suggesting that dharmic resolve is measured by perseverance rather than comfort.

A traveler (referred to here by feminine verb-forms) reaches a vast ocean and then enters a great island/continent richly covered with diverse trees and vines, marking a transition from arduous travel to arrival in a new, fertile region.
