Bhīṣma on the Śara-Śayyā: Yudhiṣṭhira and Kṛṣṇa Approach the Eldest for Śānti

ये च केचन लोके<स्मिन्नर्था: संशयकारका: । तेषां छेत्ता नास्ति लोके त्वदन्य: पुरुषर्षभ,'पुरुषप्रवर! संसारमें जो कोई संदेहग्रस्त विषय हैं, उनका समाधान करनेवाला आपके सिवा दूसरा कोई नहीं है

ye ca kecana loke 'sminn arthāḥ saṃśayakārakāḥ | teṣāṃ chettā nāsti loke tvadanyaḥ puruṣarṣabha ||

Vaiśampāyana sprach: „Welche Dinge in dieser Welt auch immer Zweifel und Ungewissheit hervorrufen—niemand vermag sie zu durchschneiden außer dir, o Stier unter den Menschen.“
