मन्यमान: प्रभावं च कृष्णस्यामिततेजस: । तेन न च्यावितश्नाहं क्षत्रधर्मात् स्वनुछितात्
manyamānaḥ prabhāvaṃ ca kṛṣṇasyāmitatejasaḥ | tena na cyāvitaś cāhaṃ kṣatradharmāt svanuṣṭhitāt ||
Sañjaya sprach: „Da ich die außergewöhnliche Macht Kṛṣṇas erkannte, dessen Glanz unermesslich ist, wurde auch ich nicht von der kṣatriya-dharma, der Pflicht des Kriegers, abgebracht, die ich als meinen rechten Weg auf mich genommen hatte.“
संजय उवाच
