Shloka 126

येन ते सत्सु निर्वेद॑ गमिष्यन्ति हि मे मतिः । 'उन क्रूरकर्मा पाण्डवोंने यह भी अपनी अकीर्ति फैलानेवाला कर्म ही किया है, जिससे वे साधु पुरुषोंकी सभामें पश्चात्ताप करेंगे; ऐसा मेरा विश्वास है

yena te satsu nirvedaṁ gamiṣyanti hi me matiḥ |

Sañjaya sprach: „Dies ist meine Überzeugung: Durch die Tat, die sie begangen haben, werden jene Pāṇḍavas von grausamem Wandel einen Makel auf ihren Ruhm laden, und in der Versammlung der Tugendhaften wird man sie zur Reue treiben.“
