Kṛṣṇasya Khāṇḍavaprasthāt Dvārakā-prayāṇaḥ | Krishna’s Departure for Dvārakā

केशवो<पि मुदा युक्त: प्रविवेश पुरोत्तमम्‌ । पूज्यमानो यदुश्रेष्ठैरुग्रसेनमुखैस्तथा,इधर भगवान्‌ केशव भी उग्रसेन आदि श्रेष्ठ यादवोंसे सम्मानित हो प्रसन्नतापूर्वक द्वारकापुरीके भीतर गये

keśavo ’pi mudā yuktaḥ praviveśa purottamam | pūjyamāno yaduśreṣṭhair ugrasenamukhais tathā ||

Vaiśampāyana sprach: Auch Keśava, von Freude erfüllt, betrat die erhabenste Stadt. Er wurde von den Besten der Yadus — angeführt von Ugrasena — geehrt und empfing so beim Eintritt die gebührende Verehrung. Die Szene betont die rechte Ehrfurcht vor einem würdigen Führer und die Harmonie einer wohlgeordneten Gemeinschaft.
