द्रोणानीक-व्यतिक्रमः — Kṛṣṇa–Arjuna Break Through Droṇa’s Array

सो5हमिच्छाम्यनुज्ञातं रक्षितुं वा महात्मना । द्रोणेन सहपुत्रेण वीरेण यदि मन्यसे,“इसलिये मैं यहाँसे चले जानेकी अनुमति चाहता हूँ। अथवा यदि आप ठीक समझें तो पुत्रसहित वीर महामना द्रोणाचार्यके द्वारा मैं अपनी रक्षाका आश्वासन चाहता हूँ”

Transliteration

so ’ham icchāmy anu jñātaṁ rakṣituṁ vā mahātmanā | droṇena saha-putreṇa vīreṇa yadi manyase ||

Translation

Sañjaya sprach: „Darum bitte ich um deine Erlaubnis, von hier fortzugehen. Oder, wenn du es für recht hältst, soll meine Sicherheit vom großherzigen, heldenhaften Droṇa zusammen mit seinem Sohn gewährleistet werden.“
