स एष भगवान् देव: सर्वलोकेश्वर: प्रभु: । न सम्बुबुधिरे चैनं देवास्तं भुवनेश्वरम्
sa eṣa bhagavān devaḥ sarvalokeśvaraḥ prabhuḥ | na sambubudhire cainaṃ devās taṃ bhuvaneśvaram ||
Vyāsa sprach: „Er ist wahrlich der Bhagavān, der göttliche Herr—Gebieter aller Welten, der höchste Lenker. Und doch erkannten selbst die Götter Ihn nicht wirklich, jenen Herrn des Universums.“
