ततो विनिद्रा विश्रान्ताश्रन्द्रमस्युदिते पुन: । संसाधयिष्यथान्योन्यं संग्रामं कुरुपाण्डवा:,“तत्पश्चात् चन्द्रोदय होनेपर विश्राम करनेके अनन्तर निद्रारहित हो तुम समस्त कौरव- पाण्डव योद्धा परस्पर पूर्ववत् संग्राम आरम्भ कर देना'
tato vinidrā viśrāntāś candramasy udite punaḥ | saṃsādhayiṣyathānyonyaṃ saṅgrāmaṃ kuru-pāṇḍavāḥ ||
Sañjaya sprach: „Dann, nachdem ihr geruht habt—doch wach geblieben seid—werdet ihr, Kurus und Pāṇḍavas, wenn der Mond erneut aufgeht, den Kampf gegeneinander wieder aufnehmen wie zuvor.“
