Duryodhana–Karna Dialogue on Vyūha-bheda and Daiva
सतु द्रोणं महाबाहु: शरधाराभिराहवे । अदृश्यमकरोत् तूर्ण जलदो भास्करं यथा,जैसे बादल आकाशमें सूर्यको ढक लेता है, उसी प्रकार महाबाहु सहदेवने युद्धस्थलमें अपने बाणोंकी धाराओंसे द्रोणाचार्यको तुरंत ही अदृश्य कर दिया
sa tu droṇaṃ mahābāhuḥ śaradhārābhir āhave | adṛśyam akarot tūṛṇaṃ jalado bhāskaraṃ yathā ||
Sañjaya sprach: Da ließ Sahadeva, der Mächtigarmige, mitten im Kampf rasch unablässige Ströme von Pfeilen niedergehen und machte Droṇācārya gleichsam unsichtbar—wie eine Wolke die Sonne verhüllt.
