कर्णभीमयुद्धम्

ततस्तान्‌ सायकांस्तत्र द्रोणनुन्नानू सहस्रश:

tatastān sāyakāṁstatra droṇanunnānū sahasraśaḥ

Sañjaya sprach: Dann wurden auf jenem Schlachtfeld jene Pfeile—von Droṇa vorangetrieben—zu Tausenden abgeschossen, was die Gewalt des Gefechts steigerte und zeigte, wie ein einziger Waffenmeister das Ausmaß der Verwüstung im Krieg vergrößern kann.
