The Tumult of Battle Described
तत्र तत्र हतैश्नापि मनुष्यगजवाजिभि:
tatra tatra hataiś cāpi manuṣya-gaja-vājibhiḥ
Sañjaya sprach: Hier und dort war der Boden auch mit Erschlagenen übersät—Menschen, Elefanten und Pferden—sodass jede Himmelsrichtung das Zeichen des Verderbens der Schlacht trug.
