Shloka 10

त्रिवर्गे चापवर्गे च यश:श्रीरोगशान्तिषु । देवतापितृपूजासु संतोष्याश्चैव नो द्विजा:

vāyudeva uvāca | trivarge cāpavarge ca yaśaḥśrīrogaśāntiṣu | devatāpitṛpūjāsu santoṣyāś caiva no dvijāḥ ||

Vāyudeva sprach: „Für das Gelingen der drei Lebensziele —dharma, artha und kāma— und ebenso für die Erlösung; für das Erlangen von Ruhm, Wohlstand, Gesundheit und Freiheit von Krankheit; und zu den Zeiten der Verehrung der Götter und der Ahnen — bei all diesen Anlässen sollen wir dafür sorgen, dass die Brāhmaṇas völlig zufrieden sind.“
