Umā–Maheśvara-saṃvāda: Varṇa-bhraṃśa, Ācāra (Vṛtta), and Karmic Ascent/Decline

वह सौ जन्मोंतक नरकमें पकाया जाता है। ऋषिगण कभी उसके उद्धारका अनुमोदन नहीं करते हैं ।।

saḥ śatajanmāntakaṁ narake pacāyate | ṛṣigaṇāḥ kadācana tasya uddhāram anumodante na || tasmād gāvo na pādena spraṣṭavyā vai kadācana | brāhmaṇaś ca mahātejā dīpyamānas tathānalaḥ ||

Dharma sprach: „Ein solcher Mensch wird hundert Leben lang in der Hölle gekocht; die Weisen billigen seine Erlösung niemals. Darum soll, wer sein eigenes Wohl sucht und der rechten Lebensführung ergeben ist, niemals—zu keiner Zeit—mit dem Fuß Kühe, einen strahlenden Brāhmaṇa oder loderndes Feuer berühren. Ich habe die Verfehlungen beschrieben, die den treffen, der den Fuß gegen diese drei erhebt.“
