तत्रापि जतुगृहे दग्धुं समारब्धा न शकिता विदुरमन्त्रितेनेति,वहाँ भी उन्हें लाक्षागृहमें जला डालनेका प्रयत्न किया गया; किंतु पाण्डवोंके विदुरजीकी सलाहके अनुसार काम करनेके कारण विरोधीलोग उनको दग्ध करनेमें समर्थ न हो सके

Transliteration

tatrāpi jatugṛhe dagdhuṃ samārabdhā na śakitā vidura-mantritena iti

Translation

Auch dort wurde versucht, sie im Lackhaus zu verbrennen; doch die Ränkeschmiede vermochten sie nicht vom Feuer verzehren zu lassen, weil die Pāṇḍavas nach Viduras klugem Rat handelten.
