Educational Q&A

Even when an outcome is unavoidable (such as the effect of a curse), one should still exercise responsible agency—taking prudent measures for protection and acting wisely within the limits of what can be changed.

A speaker repeatedly urges someone to arrange protection, emphasizing that the foretold consequence cannot be prevented by anyone; the counsel is to prepare and safeguard oneself rather than attempt the impossible reversal of destiny.
