अश्रूणि मुमुचे तेषां दर्शनात् सा पुनः पुनः । एकैकश्येन तान् सर्वान् क्रोशमानान्वपद्यत,उन्हें बार-बार देखकर वह नेत्रोंसे आँसू बहाने लगी और बारी-बारीसे पुकारकर वह सभी बच्चोंसे मिली
aśrūṇi mumuce teṣāṃ darśanāt sā punaḥ punaḥ | ekaikaśyena tān sarvān krośamānān avapadyata ||
Vaiśampāyana sprach: Als sie sie erblickte, vergoss sie immer wieder Tränen. Dann ging sie, einen nach dem anderen, zu jedem der rufenden Kinder, erwiderte ihre Rufe und begegnete ihnen der Reihe nach—bei der Wiedervereinigung überströmten sie Kummer und Liebe.
