वसारुधिरसम्पृक्ता: संध्यायामिव तोयदा: । श्रीकृष्णके चक्रसे विदीर्ण हुए दैत्य मेदा तथा रक्तमें सनकर संध्याकालके मेघोंकी भाँति दिखायी देने लगे

vasārudhirasampṛktāḥ sandhyāyām iva toyadāḥ |

Vaiśampāyana sprach: Mit Fett und Blut beschmiert und durchtränkt, glichen sie Regenwolken in der Dämmerung—dunkel, schwer und unheilvoll—da sie vom Diskus Śrī Kṛṣṇas zerrissen worden waren.
