Shloka 44

त॑ न भेतव्यमित्याह मयं पार्थो दयापर:,अर्जुनके मनमें दया आ गयी थी, अतः उन्होंने मयासुरसे फिर कहा--'तुम्हें डरना नहीं चाहिये”

taṁ na bhetavyam ity āha mayaṁ pārtho dayāparaḥ | arjunake manameṁ dayā ā gaī thī, ataḥ unhoṁne mayāsur se phir kahā—“tumheṁ ḍarnā nahīṁ cāhiye” ||

Vaiśampāyana sprach: Da sagte Pārtha (Arjuna), vor allem von Mitgefühl bewegt, erneut zu Maya: „Du brauchst dich nicht zu fürchten.“
