संवरणस्य पतनं, सचिवोपचारः, वसिष्ठस्य सूर्योपगमनम्

युधिछिर उवाच किमिदं साहसं तीक्ष्णं भवत्या दुष्करं कृतम्‌ परित्यागं हि पुत्रस्य न प्रशंसन्ति साधव:,युधिष्ठिरने कहा--माँ! आपने यह असहा और दुष्कर साहस क्यों किया? साधु पुरुष अपने पुत्रके परित्यागको अच्छा नहीं बताते

yudhiṣṭhira uvāca: kim idaṃ sāhasaṃ tīkṣṇaṃ bhavatyā duṣkaraṃ kṛtam | parityāgaṃ hi putrasya na praśaṃsanti sādhavaḥ ||

Yudhiṣṭhira sagte: „Mutter, warum hast du diese harte und schwer zu vollbringende Tollkühnheit begangen? Die Rechtschaffenen preisen es nicht, den eigenen Sohn preiszugeben.“
