Transliteration

Vaiśampāyana uvāca: evaṃ sa tān samāśvāsya vyāsaḥ satyavatī-sutaḥ | ekacakrām abhigataḥ kuntīm āśvāsayat prabhuḥ ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana sprach: „O Janamejaya, nachdem er sie so beruhigt hatte, begab sich Vyāsa — der mächtige Sohn Satyavatīs — mit ihnen in die Nähe der Stadt Ekacakrā. Dort tröstete er Kuntī und stärkte ihren Entschluss inmitten von Not und Ungewissheit.“
