Adhyāya 129 — Public Acclaim of the Pāṇḍavas and Duryodhana’s Appeal to Dhṛtarāṣṭra

क्व गतो भविता मातरनेंह पश्यामि त॑ शुभे । उद्यानानि वनं चैव विचितानि समन्ततः

kva gato bhavitā mātaran eha paśyāmi taṁ śubhe | udyānāni vanaṁ caiva vicitāni samantataḥ ||

Vaiśampāyana sprach: „Wohin könnte er gegangen sein, Mutter? O glückverheißende Frau, ich sehe ihn hier nicht. Wir haben die Gärten und auch den Wald ringsum in alle Richtungen gründlich durchsucht.“
