उमामहेश्वरव्रतं—पञ्चाक्षरमन्त्रस्य माहात्म्यं, न्यासः, जपविधिः, सदाचारः, विनियोगः

अनुगृह्य ततो दद्याच् छिवज्ञानम् अनुत्तमम् स्वरेणोच्चारयेत् सम्यग् एकान्ते ऽपि प्रसन्नधीः

Transliteration

anugṛhya tato dadyāc chivajñānam anuttamam svareṇoccārayet samyag ekānte 'pi prasannadhīḥ

Translation

Nachdem man zuvor Gnade erwiesen hat, soll man dann das unübertreffliche Wissen Śivas vermitteln. Mit ruhigem, heiterem Geist soll man es richtig, mit angemessener Intonation rezitieren—selbst in der Einsamkeit.
