नमस्त्रिंशत्प्रकाशाय शान्तातीताय वै नमः अनन्तेशाय सूक्ष्माय उत्तमाय नमो ऽस्तु ते

Transliteration

namastriṃśatprakāśāya śāntātītāya vai namaḥ ananteśāya sūkṣmāya uttamāya namo 'stu te

Translation

Verehrung Dir, der als dreißigfache Strahlkraft leuchtet; wahrlich Verehrung Dir, der selbst den Frieden (śānti) übersteigt. O Herr des Unendlichen, feiner als jedes Erfassen und erhaben über alles — Dir sei meine Verneigung.
