Adhyaya 70: आदिसर्गः—महत्-अहङ्कार-तन्मात्रा-भूतसृष्टिः, ब्रह्माण्डावरणम्, प्रजासर्गः, त्रिमूर्ति-शैवाधिष्ठानम्

यः पूरयति यस्माच्च कृत्स्नान्देवाननुग्रहैः नयते तत्त्वभावं च तेन पूरिति चोच्यते

yaḥ pūrayati yasmācca kṛtsnāndevānanugrahaiḥ nayate tattvabhāvaṃ ca tena pūriti cocyate

Er wird «Pūri» genannt, weil Er alle Götter durch Seine gnadenreichen Gaben erfüllt und vollendet, und weil Er sie zudem in den Zustand der wahren Wirklichkeit (tattva-bhāva) führt.
