उमा हैमवती जज्ञे सर्वलोकनमस्कृता तस्याश्चैवेह रूपेण यूयं देवाः सुरोत्तमाः
umā haimavatī jajñe sarvalokanamaskṛtā tasyāścaiveha rūpeṇa yūyaṃ devāḥ surottamāḥ
Umā Haimavatī, die Tochter Himavats, wurde geboren, von allen Welten verehrt. Und hier, o beste der Suras, schaut ihr selbst Sie in eben dieser Gestalt.

It establishes Umā (Shakti) as universally venerable; in Linga worship, Shakti is inseparable from the Linga (Pati), and devotion becomes complete when the worshipper recognizes the Lord together with His manifest power.
By foregrounding Umā as worshipped by all worlds, the verse implies Shiva-tattva as Pati who is never without Shaktithe Lord is transcendent yet present through His power of manifestation, enabling grace (anugraha) upon pashus (souls).
