Shloka 105

Daily Duties of Brāhmaṇas: Snāna, Sandhyā, Sūrya-hṛdaya, Japa, Tarpaṇa, and the Pañca-mahāyajñas

शालाग्नौ लौकिके वाग्नौ जले भूभ्यामथापिवा / वैश्वदेवं ततः कुर्याद् देवयज्ञः स वै स्मृतः

śālāgnau laukike vāgnau jale bhūbhyāmathāpivā / vaiśvadevaṃ tataḥ kuryād devayajñaḥ sa vai smṛtaḥ

Dann soll man, im Hausfeuer oder in einem gewöhnlichen Feuer, ja sogar im Wasser oder auf dem Boden, die Vaiśvadeva‑Darbringung vollziehen; sie gilt als deva‑yajña, das den Göttern dargebrachte Opfer.
