Dharma of Non-Injury, Non-Stealing, Purity, and Avoidance of Hypocrisy (Ācāra and Saṅkarya-Nivṛtti)
सुहृन्मरणमार्तिं वा न स्वयं श्रावयेत् परान् / अपण्यं कूटपण्यं वा विक्रये न प्रयोजयेत्
suhṛnmaraṇamārtiṃ vā na svayaṃ śrāvayet parān / apaṇyaṃ kūṭapaṇyaṃ vā vikraye na prayojayet
Man soll nicht selbst anderen den Tod oder die Not eines vertrauten Freundes verkünden. Auch soll man nichts verkaufen, was nicht verkauft werden darf, und keinen Handel mit Fälschungen oder trügerischer Ware treiben.
