Ācamana-vidhi, Śauca, and Conduct Rules for Study, Eating, and Bodily Functions

न चैवाभिमुखे स्त्रीणां गुरुब्राह्मणयोर्गवाम् / न देवदेवालययोरपामपि कदाचन

na caivābhimukhe strīṇāṃ gurubrāhmaṇayorgavām / na devadevālayayorapāmapi kadācana

Man soll niemals unreine Handlungen verrichten, den Frauen zugewandt, noch dem eigenen Guru, den Brāhmaṇas oder den Kühen zugewandt. Ebenso wenig soll man es den Göttern oder den Tempeln zugewandt tun—nicht einmal dem Wasser zugewandt, zu keiner Zeit.
