Parīkṣit’s Inquiry into Vṛtrāsura’s Bhakti and the Beginning of Citraketu’s Trial

अथ काल उपावृत्ते कुमार: समजायत । जनयन् शूरसेनानां श‍ृण्वतां परमां मुदम् ॥ ३२ ॥

atha kāla upāvṛtte kumāraḥ samajāyata janayan śūrasenānāṁ śṛṇvatāṁ paramāṁ mudam

Darauf, als die Zeit erfüllt war, wurde dem König ein Sohn geboren. Als die Bewohner von Śūrasena die Nachricht hörten, waren sie überaus erfreut.
