अतुष्टान् सामदानभेददण्डैः साधयेत् ॥ कZ_०१.१३.२५ ॥

Transliteration

atuṣṭān sāma-dāna-bheda-daṇḍaiḥ sādhayet

Translation

Die Unzufriedenen sollen durch Beschwichtigung, Anreiz, Spaltung und Strafe gehandhabt werden.
