तेषां कार्तान्तिकनैमित्तिकमौहूर्तिकव्यञ्जनाः परस्पराभिसम्बन्धममित्राटविकसम्बन्धं वा विद्युः ॥ कZ_०१.१३.२३ ॥

Transliteration

teṣāṃ kārtāntika-naimittika-mauhūrtika-vyañjanāḥ parasparābhisambandham amitrāṭavika-sambandhaṃ vā vidyuḥ

Translation

In Bezug auf solche Personen sollen die Beobachter des Staates — Okkultisten/Wahrsager, Omenleser, Astrologen und verkleidete Informanten — ihre gegenseitigen Verbindungen oder ihre Verbindungen zu Feinden und Waldstämmen feststellen.
