Transliteration

daṇḍaś caturguṇaḥ sāntva-dāna-bheda-pūrvaḥ.

Zwang/Bestrafung (daṇḍa) ist vierfach und soll von Beschwichtigung, Anreizen und Spaltung eingeleitet werden.
