तथाप्यभिप्रयान्तं कोशदण्डयोः पादोत्तरमहोरात्रोत्तरं वा संधिं याचेत ॥ कZ_१२.१.२४ ॥
Transliteration
tathāpy abhiprayāntaṃ kośadaṇḍayoḥ pādottaram ahorātrottaraṃ vā saṃdhiṃ yāceta
Translation
Dennoch, wenn er vorrückt, soll man um einen Vertrag bitten — indem man schrittweise immer mehr aus Schatz und Streitmacht anbietet, Schritt für Schritt oder mit jedem vergehenden Tag und jeder Nacht.
