त्रिनाभिचक्रं द्विनेमि स्वरैस्तच्च समन्वितं पृष्ठदेशे ततः प्राज्ञः प्रकृत्यादीन्निवेशयेत्
trinābhicakraṃ dvinemi svaraistacca samanvitaṃ pṛṣṭhadeśe tataḥ prājñaḥ prakṛtyādīnniveśayet
Dann soll der Adept ein Rad mit drei Naben und zwei Ringen, versehen mit den Vokalen, setzen (zeichnen/visualisieren); danach soll der Weise im Rückenbereich Prakṛti und die übrigen Prinzipien durch Nyāsa einsetzen.
