The Padmanābha Dvādaśī Observance, with the Eulogy of Lamp-Offering Merit

तमेव देवं सम्पूज्य गन्धपुष्पादिभिः क्रमात् । प्रभातायां तु शर्वर्यां ब्राह्मणाय निवेदयेत् । एवं कॄते तु यत् पुण्यं तन्निबोध महामुने ॥ ४९.४ ॥

tam eva devaṃ sampūjya gandhapuṣpādibhiḥ kramāt | prabhātāyāṃ tu śarvaryāṃ brāhmaṇāya nivedayet | evaṃ kṛte tu yat puṇyaṃ tan nibodha mahāmune || 49.4 ||

সেই দেবতাকেই গন্ধ, পুষ্প প্রভৃতি দ্বারা ক্রমানুসারে সম্যক পূজা করে, রাত্রি অতিবাহিত হলে প্রভাতে ব্রাহ্মণকে নিবেদন করবে; এভাবে করলে যে পুণ্য হয়, হে মহামুনি, তা শোন।
