तेन तल्लिंगमभवद्वृषभेशेति भूतले । ततश्चतुर्थे संप्राप्ते वाराहेकल्प संज्ञिते
tena talliṃgamabhavadvṛṣabheśeti bhūtale | tataścaturthe saṃprāpte vārāhekalpa saṃjñite
সেই কারণেই পৃথিবীতে সেই লিঙ্গ ‘বৃষভেশ’ নামে প্রসিদ্ধ হল। পরে ‘বারাহ-कल्प’ নামে চতুর্থ কল্প উপস্থিত হলে, তার মাহাত্ম্যও প্রচারিত হতে লাগল।
