Śiva (to Devī/Umā, inferred)
Tirtha: Śākalyeśvara (within Prabhāsa-kṣetra)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Devī/Umā (addressed as priyā in adjacent verses)
Scene: A radiant Śiva-liṅga in a coastal Prabhāsa shrine; yogins and devotees witness subtle siddhi-signs (lightness, minuteness) as the liṅga is hailed as Śākalyeśvara.
Contact with a true tīrtha and devotion to Śiva can yield siddhi, yet the text frames such powers as outcomes of sacred worship.
Prabhāsa-kṣetra, where the liṅga gains the Kali-yuga name Śākalyeśvara.
While not a direct injunction, it implies worship/approach to the Śākalyeśvara liṅga as the cause of siddhi and renown.
