सुपर्णेन पुरा देवि पातालादमृतं हृतम् । गृहीत्वा तत्र मुक्तं तु नागानां पश्यतां किल
suparṇena purā devi pātālādamṛtaṃ hṛtam | gṛhītvā tatra muktaṃ tu nāgānāṃ paśyatāṃ kila
হে দেবী! প্রাচীনকালে সুপর্ণ পাতাল থেকে অমৃত হরণ করেছিলেন; তা গ্রহণ করে সেখানেই, নাগদের চেয়ে চেয়ে দেখার মধ্যে, তিনি তা মুক্ত করে দিয়েছিলেন—এমনই শোনা যায়।
