तमुवाच ततः शक्रो दधीचिं तपसोनिधिम् । प्राणहारं प्रकर्तुं ते नाहं शक्तो यमिच्छसि
tamuvāca tataḥ śakro dadhīciṃ tapasonidhim | prāṇahāraṃ prakartuṃ te nāhaṃ śakto yamicchasi
তখন শক্র (ইন্দ্র) তপোনিধি দধীচিকে বললেন—“তুমি যেমন চাও, তেমন করে তোমার প্রাণ হরণ করতে আমি সক্ষম নই।”
